File Sharing Site

Welcome to our File Sharing web site. This site will make it easier for you to send us large files associated with your project.

Associations - Please contact Customer Service at (877) 234-1863 for your File Sharing username and password.

Advertisers - Please contact your sales representative for your username and password. (877) 234-1863  

Here is the information for accessing our File Sharing page using Internet Explorer 6 & 7. Download FTP Instructions

  

  1. First go to the main file sharing page here File Sharing Page.   
  2. Once you have clicked the link your browser will show a message that it "can't display the webpage".  
  3. Next look to the right for the Page menu and go to Open FTP site in Windows Explorer.
  4. You will then get another error message that IE can't open the site, just click ok.
  5. Next right click on the screen and choose Login As.
  6. You will be prompted to enter your username and password. Be aware that the username is case-sensitive. You can get the username from your Sales Rep. You will not need a password. Enter the username and click log on.
  7. When logged in you will see an incoming folder. Open the incoming folder. This is the main folder area for your ad files.
  8. Next, you can drag and drop your ad file into the folder. It may take a few moments to upload depending on the size of your file. When the upload is complete, you are finished.
  9. Notify your sales rep when you have completed the upload so we can access the files. Please label all files logically and appropriately: i.e., include your company name, the association acronym, the magazine name and/or issue, etc.

  PC Users

You can login to the File Sharing Page by using Internet Explorer 6.0, Netscape, or Firefox Browser. When you arrive at the File Sharing Page, simply drag your files onto the white space anywhere on the open page. It is easiest to drag files from your Desktop. You can also cut and paste files into the folder. You may also use a free FTP client to upload your files. FileZilla is a popular free FTP client. 

  MAC Users

When using the Safari browser you will need to have the direct IP address 209.62.36.19. You can also use an FTP client. Here is a link to a free FTP client for MAC users. Cyberduck - A free open source FTP client for MAC OS X.
